C2E Equality Partners
Committed 2 Equality is a not for profit organisation, working through its licensed Equality Partners. Equality Partners deliver the training programmes, Diversity Assured support, audit and assessment for clients. These enable organisations to verify compliance with public sector statutory duties. C2E are responsible for review, accreditation and certification.
The Equality Partners objectives are:
- To help and support businesses in the development of their Equality Policy
- To give specific impartial advice and support in a meaningful manner on matters associated with equality issues
- To assist businesses move forward in line with the “Commitment 2 Equality” programme
- To focus on those issues that are relevant and important to the individual business
- To facilitate and support business owners in evaluating the best methods for their particular organisation's workforce, customers and suppliers for the implementation of the equality agenda
Equality Partners are all carefully selected and have the right mix of business knowledge, market experience and capacity to deliver the C2E accreditation programmes to clients.
